This policy explains how LOVO AI handles information when you use lovoai.app. Contact hello@lovoai.app for privacy questions.

Information we handle

When you create an account, we store the account details needed to sign you in, such as your email address and password hash. We also keep your credit balance and a record of credit use. Our hosting and authentication systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, and session cookies to operate and protect the service.

When you generate speech, your script and chosen voice ID are sent to ElevenLabs to create audio. The resulting MP3 is returned to your browser. The current studio does not save generated scripts or MP3 files as a project library on our servers. Your browser may keep a temporary copy while the page remains open or when you download a file.

If you clone a voice, your uploaded audio sample and the name you choose are sent to ElevenLabs. We store your account's clone ID, voice name, and provider voice ID so you can select or delete it. We do not keep the uploaded sample in our own database or file bucket. ElevenLabs may process and retain data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Why we use information

We use this information to create and secure your account, deliver speech generation and voice cloning, track credits, answer support requests, prevent misuse, and maintain the website. We do not sell your scripts or voice recordings.

Sharing and storage

ElevenLabs receives material submitted to speech generation or voice cloning. Cloudflare provides hosting, database, storage, security, and email infrastructure. We may use a privacy-focused analytics provider to measure site visits. Each provider processes information needed for its role.

Your choices

You can delete individual cloned voices from the studio. You can request account or data help at hello@lovoai.app. Downloaded audio remains on your device until you delete it. You can control cookies in your browser; blocking essential session cookies may prevent sign-in.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The current version will appear on this page with its updated date.
